Smári Jósepsson
Smári Tarfur is probably one of the most popular persons
that have played with Quarashi. He has been making contributions
to the albums, but he is mostly known as the guitarist that Quarashi
brought with them on tour to get an additional live feeling during
the Jinx era.
Tarfur now has his own projects going. With the singer from Brain
Police, Jens "Jenni" Ólafsson, Tarfur formed the
group "Hot Damn!". They released a song called "Hot
damn that woman is a man" in June 2004, and the upcoming album
"The Big'n Nasty Groove'o Mutha" will be released in March.
